That portal is a payment and lookup path, not a complete archive of every Lyon County traffic filing. If a ticket was issued by Emporia Police Department, ESU Campus Police, Emporia Code Enforcement, Emporia Planning and Zoning, Emporia Animal Control, or Parking Control Officers, the matter may belong to Emporia Municipal Court instead.

Diversion and Ticket Outcomes

The Lyon County Attorney speeding diversion application says the process may take 2 to 3 weeks, a driving record may be requested, and approved applicants cannot receive another ticket for six months. It says costs usually range from $100 or more in addition to the regular fine and court costs, with final amounts at the county attorney's discretion.
